Even without headphones, I'd spend more time alone that talking to other people. My job doesn't require constant interaction and I'm an introvert. I've even done a 5 day solo backpacking trip. In the 1 of the days, I spend an hour walking on a fire road. 2 people drove by in a truck and 2 people road by on bikes. Those were the only people I saw in the 5 days.

When you have to hack through your home like in a jungle with a machete.
When all the wires act like a beem antenna and picks up signals from space.
When giant spiders live in it waiting for giant flys.
When it starts to look like point to point wiring inside a tube amp.
When it looks like youre playing connect the dots in 3-D
When the fire department issues you a ticket.
When it sucks so much radio signal from the air, neighbors cant recieve on their FM stereo.
When your family has to call in the room to see if youre there.
When you feel claustraphobic.
When the RF from the wires kills roaches in your walls.
When the pile of boxes outside in your trash makes the garbage truck make 3 trips.
When just the weight of your headphones makes you add braces to your floor in the basement(cellar).
