Sony NWZ-S738F vs NWZ-S544, SQ?

sorry for creating this Sony topic, coz i cant find their comparison
using the site's search function..

both S series, but im a bit confused if there is a big or any difference on their Sound Quality?

They have no big difference, the Big difference among SONY warkman series is Sony X .

you mean since they are at the same series, the sound chip is the same and will sound the same?
and also according to to reviews, S and A has better SQ then the rest, ofcourse not the X
