I recently blew my money on this phone ...

No, seriously I really like it so far.

I was wondering if anyone has used earphones with this phone or other HTC phones which have in-line controls which actually work to answer calls (besides the ones that come packaged with the phone itself, of course). I know many such earphones were designed to work with the iPhone.

The reason I ask is I am considering using PFE 122's / Monster Dre Tours / other decent earphones / with this phone and if the in-line control doesn't answer calls I'd rather save the 20 bucks and buy the version without the mic.

SQ is apparently equal to the 3GS, but it's not superior as a DAP (much better as a phone).

I've got one and I too love it :}

iPhone headsets work with the Nexus One.

You can use a US proxy, place an order using a Norway CC(get an unlocked phone), and use a shipping forwarding service.
Oh, and if you provide the Norway address for the billing it will work.
Dont forget about customs/duties/taxes.

I just listened to podcast on Mobile-review.com Âñå î ìîáèëüíîé òåõíèêå è òåõíîëîãèÿõ and the reviewer said that sound quality is very good--on par with Nokia X6.

In a quick test, I greatly preferred my Zune HD. The N1 sounded less involving and a little less detailed. ZHD/N1 -> Meier Headfive -> Senn HD-595.

I've heard Dad's iPhone 3GS but not in comparison to my N1. I wasn't impressed with it either.

does it have decent syncing software to sync with outlook?

(yeah yeah i know it syncs with gcal)
