Uncomfortable HFI-780 headband padding

Just got the ALO-780 a few days ago and the padding on the headband which the exterior seems to made from pleather, is very hard and hurts on the top of my head. Is there any way to fix this? Like getting a PRO 900 headband padding for it and fitting that at all? It looks a LOT more comfortable than this one. I really want to listen to these headphones but it's giving me a lot of pain and I cannot bear it. Getting sunburned yesterday probably wouldn't have helped, head must have been sunburned too :consufed:. Ordered the velour ear pads so that should help the uncomfortable issue for my jaw (pads clamp a bit on my jaw) but the headband part is VERY annoying and painful. Thanks.

Anyone?

I searched HFI-780 and I got here.
From my exp. w/ hard headbands: wrap a thick soft towel around it. Ugly yes. Comfortable very. Unless you walk down the road like this, you should be good.
Or stick a thick strip of soft foam under it.

Yes I think I will have to do something like that for now but I'd love something that looks good and will be good in the long run, like a PRO 900 headband padding for it.

You can buy the pro velvet headband from Ultrasone. It sould be pretty easy to put on your ALO-780. Just tear of the old headband and tape the new one on

doesn't look like they accept PayPal do they ship to Australia? Thanks.

They ship worldwide. I don't know if they accept PayPal but they accept most credit cards and it looks like they are the only one selling PRO900 headbands so you don't have much of a choice.
