By "itunes albums" do you mean albums bought at iTunes Store, or albums imported by yourself into iTunes (from CD or like)? If the former then they are AAC files which are not supported by the Cowon i7. If you ripped the files yourself it all depends which codec you used.

he, I just returned my Iaudio7, because Itunes wouldn't work with it (no matter if AAC, which the I7 cannot play natively, or not).

theres always songbird or mediamonkey, you know, all the good stuff, none of the DRM and being chained to a single store,
