HELP - X-Fi 2 or Sony S series?

The price is around the same, I have to decide between these two players. (Therefore price is not an issue, but these are the only two I have to choose from.)

I'm leaning towards the X-Fi for the touch screen, but then I'm not sure how it is with sound quality compared to the Sony.. I know for sure Sony has stable audio quality, but just wanted to know if the Creative was on par or significantly worse.

The included EP-630's don't hurt either!
Anyone that possible owns the creative chime in on how the touch screen is over long term use?

Sony S Series, as creative hasn't produced a really good sounding dap since the first flash Zen.
