How do you prepare your coffee? - Page 3

Using a Moka Pot and occasionally a milk frother. Since I don't have the patience to grind beans I just use Lavazza Oro pre-ground Espresso.

That Aeropress looks interesting and isn't that expensive either.

ROTFLMAO...

I like mine hot, blonde and sweet.

Real, raw sugar, but non dairy creamer. It's that lactose intolerance thing that makes me get to work faster than my car, if I use cream.

On weekends, maybe a little brandy or Irish whiskey to cut the chill, especially if the wife is griping...

I drink what we call the 'Indian Filter coffee' . Popular in south india. The drip obtained using this is way stronger than the drip coffee maker in the west. Couple of tablespoons + a cup of hot milk + sugar is my recipe. Find it in detail here :

A very similar filter basket is used to make Vietnamese coffee. (They also also use a blend with chicory.) The very strong coffee is mixed with sweetened condensed milk and served over ice. Goes amazingly well with spring rolls.
