Souped-up HD580s for a bargain - SOLD

THANKS FOR EVERYONE WHO WROTE ME. I HAVE PM'D BACK

The phones are Sennheiser HD580s. I got them new. They have no more than 60 hours on them. I snapped the headband on these about a day after opening them. Being angry at the cheap plastic they use on the HD580s, I bought an HD650 headband from another headfier. This band is made of carbon fiber and much better (and possibly better sounding, according to Sennheiser - I can't hear a difference). The plastic HD580 grill have been removed and replaced with a new set of metal HD600 grills from Sennheiser (definitely better sounding). The phones are in excellent++ shape and have always been carried in a padded case. Sonically perfect as well. The HD650 headband does have the slight peeling which they all get, but only along the edge. I have $200 invested in these ($150 for the phones, $8 grills $65 for HD650 headband) and I will let them go for $120. Shipping inc. Paypal only. Thank!

Hi everyone, lots of people have responded (thank you!) but I wanted to post some pictures before I sell them. I just took them out of the padded Haliburton Zero brief case I made for them and I noticed (I haven't used them for a couple months) that the "protective" foam has actually rubbed again the "Sennheiser" letter. I'm bummed and I wanted people to see the pics and let me know again if they're still interested. (I also wanted to post pics so you can see how cool the 580s look with the 600 grills and 650 headband, I think its the best looking combination you can get. Cheers.

I'm surprised these haven't sold yet. Rather, I find it weird that these didn't sell within the first 3 hours of posting.
