Cheers Squirsier will have to get that.

Have you got Interloper yet? Very, very nice album. Bit picky about phones though as the synths can come acoss quite sibilant.....

Yeup, received it last thursday, been listening to it non-stop ever since, love it :)

Didn't notice any sibilance with my Sony X/ES7 combo but a few passages with distortion tho, which must be on purpose, knowing the mastering skills of Ultimae...

I don't have that CD, but I will definitely check out Hadra in depth this afternoon, sounds like a great label :)

That's cool. Hadravision is a little different to the malority of the Hadra stuff though, it's more chilled out. Most of their stuff is quite full on and not really my cup of tea.

Flying Lotus, Cosmogramma is currently on high rotation for me.  Don't know if it is necessarily Down Tempo, but I have a hard time with genres anyway.

I recently discovered the album Souvenir by Jose Padilla, and am enjoying his languish, beautifully layered, soundscape.

Solar Fields popped up in my Last FM station, and I had to check out more of their stuff. I am liking this!

You won't be dissapointed. Both Squirsier and I have all the Ultimae releases, just quality.

Aes Dana - Solar Fields - Carbon Based Life Forms - Asura - I Awake - James Murray - Circular - Hol Baumann - Sync24 etc.... :)

^^Solar Fields also provided the soundtrack, nay...soundscape, to popular and well done video game Mirror's Edge.

Archive's Londinium.

It seems to rank among the "seminal" trip-hop albums (with your Portishead's, Massive Attack's, DJ Shadow's, etc.).

Might as well also mention, DJ Shadow's Preemptive Strike.  That's my favourite Shadow album...

Well for those of you interested in Altar Records............

I got an e-mail today from Gabriel (DJ Zen) with a link to 2 unrelesed Astropilot Albums  but best yet they are free in 320kbps MP3 or for a nominal donation via paypal available in Flac.

Look here for all the other Altar Records also. Chill.........
