I believe it is a 3mm radius. Could someone confirm if this is correct, thank you.

Corner radius?
I think he means the TRS radius, which is 3.175mm or 0.125"

Which radius were you wanting?

It's for a 1/4" (6.35mm) TRS plug.

The actual radius of the hole in front is 3.25mm if that's what you're looking for.

Edit: If you're wanting the corner radius, it's 3.5mm.

Corner radius of those two holes are approximately 0.14" / 3.56mm.

Sorry I should have been clearer. I am looking for the corner radius of the "rectangle".

Thank you so much, that is exactly what I was looking for. Don't suppose the forums has a repository of FPE macros? Would be very useful.

There were a few other macros and HPGL files posted but looks like they all died in the big crash a couple of years ago.

Oh that is a shame, maybe someone could start of thread to rebuild the data. I bet many people have ones laying around such as the one you posted.

I noticed that the tolerance in that macro is 1mm, is that a pretty standard tolerance to put on FPE? The rest of my items I was using 0.5mm, should I bump them to 1mm?

I would stay at 0.5mm. The last panel work FPE did for me was accurate down to 0.001 inch.

That's a really nice idea! When I get back home from vacation, I can upload some of the graphics I have used.

If you guys could help me confirm one more thing before I order my panel.

This panel is for the front of a Par metal series 20 12"x8"x3" case.

I have the spacing between the mounting holes as being 285mm on the width and 51mm on height. Are my figures right for this case? I am pretty confident on the 51mm figure because I can do a 1:1 print and visually compare that one, I can not print 285mm so that one I was not able to make that confirmation.
