WTB Cable for Sennheiser HD450 II

They're not the best headphones out there, but I have had them for decades and have grown somewhat attached to them. Unfortunately, I cannot find a replacement on-line, and I don't know which other versions will fit.

If you know of a compatible cable, please PM me.

Turned out to be cheaper from Sennheiser direct, though finding it on their site was not easy.

Shouldn't the cable replacement be a straight-forward job? I got my hands on a faulty pair of HD450 II's and thought I'd check the connectors first. The left channel is dead. I've tried pulling out the plug but it seems to take way too much force. Are there any locks or should the plug come out with ease? I thought someone could confirm this first before I try to pull it out with tweezers or something. It could be just stuck there, these are old headphones anyway.

 

If someone has took old sennheisers apart before, I'd love to hear more.

 

Edit: Didn't notice this was on the sale/trade area, so this might not be the right place for discussion, sorry about that.
