Opera 10 - fast, syncs and zooms well.
IE8 - at work: WSS, VPN, other corporate stuff.

Adblock is one of the greatest add-ons a browser could have. Firefox is quite fast, more stable and more secure than IE.

Opera, it's the best and the beta is the fastest browser.
I've had forms of Firefox on my computer since 0.7, it was better in those days but is bloat city now.
Internet explorer for getting to my bank.

Yeah but lately i've found Firefox's speed to be less than ideal.

Others above have said Chrome and Safari are generally faster? What about Opera10?

EDIT: I must say I dislike that Chrome deposits "Google Update" files all over the place.
EDIT: Are there any recent browser speed test comparisons? Last one I saw that was unbiased was from like 2006 or something.

Chrome takes the fewest resources, is more reliable or as reliable as any other browser, and loads everything faster than any browser besides Safari, which is kind of a resource hog and also tends to crash easily, in my experience. It has one problem though-it sends all your surfing info to Google, which is a bit too big brotherey for me.

If you want all the benefits of Chrome without the spyware, try srware iron. It basically identical to Chrome, minus the different themes, I think.

I use Firefox. I tried using Chrome for a while, and while it was impressively fast it had a lot of issues with tabs freezing more than they do in Firefox, and randomly popping out into new windows. Maybe these are bugs that have gotten / will soon get fixed at some point, but it was much more unstable than my Firefox. Also, the customization of Firefox is key - I like having the little search bar in the top right where I can add any search engine I want instead of having to only search Google through the main bar. Plus, Firefox extensions are amazing and crucial to my life!

I use firefox for most of the reasons already mentioned. Sometimes have to go to IE8 for compatibility issues, but firefox is my main.

Opera 10.

Can't ever get used to another browser ever because I've programed for mouse gestures and absolute minimalism. For instance, my Opera has only three elements that are always visible: Address bar, Closed Tabs Button, Tab Bar (and even the tab bar isn't always visible; sometimes it's hidden because I only have one page open).
