ebay has a number of sellers that sell all sorts of heatshrink for cheaper than wirecare, although wirecare is like a toystore for sleeving. cableorganizer.com is also a good place for sleeving.
I second wirecare.com. Have had no issues yet and they have great products too.
You need to watch out for the cheap 3:1 heatshrink not working well. Spend a little extra and you will be glad you did. The cheaper stuff tends to get hard after shrinking.
