S:flo2 touchscreen issue

For some reason, I cannot wake the player by touching the screen. In videos I've seen, I should be able to do this. I now have to press the button to access the player. Is there something I am missing?

Read the manual. Nothing. Thanks in advance, and have a Happy New Year.

Don't know which video you are referring to, but I don't think you can activate the player by touching the screen.

BTW, there is a 'lock switch' in the 'other' setting, activate that and you will need to do the slide-unlock to unlock, but you will still need to press the button first.

Thanks for the reply. So I am clear, you need to press the button to waken the screen as well?

BTW, the video I am referencing was made by Raz. It can be viewed HERE

That was on a very early firmware. I would imagine the feature was modified on the later firmware because it will be too easy to activate the screen that way.

Ok. Makes sense. Would you know how I can get my files in alphabetical order? It's driving me mad.

Not possible, they will show up in the order they were copied to the device (also goes for files on memory card).

Has anyone tried DriveSort v 1.223? I found it HERE.

As this is all new to us, I'd rather ask twice and cut once, if you know what I mean.

Yeah it works, takes 30 seconds tops to connect player, open program, sort disk, safe remove, unplug, done.
