Pear Cable Discrepancy

Thread Starter
Hey guys, I had no idea what forum I should post this in so I posted it here.

Anyways. I was reading the Pear Cable site for giggles today when I came across this:
Pear Cable Audio Cables - Cable Design
It rags on how bad Foamed Teflon is.

Interestingly, if you look under the section titled "Finest Materials", Foamed Telflon is listed there. ". Solid Teflon, foamed Teflon, Teflon air tubes, air, and cotton combine to minimize dielectric absorption while still providing superb mechanical integrity."
Pear Cable Audio Cables - Home Audio - Anjou Speaker Cable
So does this mean Pear Cables are of inferior quality? :O

Just thought it would be something interesting to share with you guys. Draw your own conclusions, I guess.

Holy cow that is a long page for . . . a cable.

Yay my cable has unobtainium cores so it's better.

Before a listening session I lay my cables in the freezer for ~2hrs. I don't like the full cryo treatment but this...

Not to mention the crap about Ethernet. Do not get me started on these cable bulls******* (some Head-Fi sponsors included, regrettably).
