Defective CD in recent Bernstein/Mahler Boxed Set???

I was listening to the 4th symphony this evening from the 2009 Boxed set of the Remixed Bernstein Mahler Cycle on Sony.....I have never listened to this CD before even though I bought it the day it came out. Therefore I cannot return it should my copy prove uniquely defective. However, in the final movement of the symphony between 1:50 and 1:55 I get a digital clicking noise. I cleaned the CD but there was no change and the CD is brand new. Anyone else have a copy similar to this?

If my copy IS uniquely defective, would someone be very kind and send me a flac or Wav file of this movement of the symphony. I am not going to rebuy a whole boxed set just to fix this 5 second glitch, however it really does ruin the movement for me.

Thanks a lot for your time

Dave

Try burning a copy of the disc and playing the copy. This has worked the few times I've tried it on CDs and for many otherwise unplayable DVDs.

I would extract the track with EAC. That should fix it if it is fixable.
