I just purchased an external DAC and I e-mailed Creative and got conflicting answers as to whether or not I can get EAX over S/PDIF. It's looking like I won't be able to and that is something I would like so I would sell this to fund a card that WOULD pass EAX to an external DAC. This is just an interest check to see if people are interested and how much I might get out of this in reality. Make an offer if you're interested. It was modded over a year ago by a fellow Head-Fi'er by the name of RandomMurderer. It was done properly and I've had no issues with it at all. It currently has the following mods: Hot-Rodded w/Panasonic FM caps, TL082 op-amp for front L/R, muting transistor bypass, Grounded EMI/RFI protection (aluminum foil and anti-static bags) Here's a picture of it before the EMI/RFI cover:
