Cowon D2+ screen turns off while charging

Hi all i am facing a weird problem with my cowon d2+.I have 2.11 firmware installed in it.When ever i charge the player through USB or wall charger the screen turnoff after 4 or 5 mins.Its become impossible for me to know when the battery gets full charged.This issue started out of no where,i tried the following steps still nogo

1) Tried loading default settings
2) Cleared the entire memory and installed the firmware again
3) Reset the entire player

Please help me solving this issue

umm..have u tried moving the on/hold button to the left like you do when you turn the player on?

its supposed to turn off as far as i know but thats how you turn it back on to see if its fully charged or not

Do you put your D2+ on hold? The screen turns off then after about 30 secs, but I do think that it's a minor problem. You might get more help at iaudiophile.net, where they have Cowon PMP dedicated forums.

Thanks for the info mates.I got answer from another forum.I have downgraded the firmware to 2.10 and it looks like its back to normal.I will try installing 2.11 again .Mods can close this thread i will hover to iaduiophile or cowon forums.
