Hi Guys, i have a Cambridge FPS2000 speaker setup for my pc and i was wondering what this Digital Din is for? I also have a Soundblaster Live! and it has like 5 mini jacks in the back panel. Let me know if this is something i can use, where would i get the cable from, etc, thanks all!

Is this like DIN, as in a multi-pin round plug, or Din, as in Digital In?

Edit: Okay, some Lives! have digital DIN outputs, it's like 4 x SPDIF with MIDI too. Others have digital outs on minijacks, for more info see here: http://alive.singnet.com.sg/tech/digital-io.htm

i should've been more clear, its a din with pin inputs from the Subwoofer from the speaker system. My live! card has like 5 mini jacks so i was wondering if a cable exists that goes from DIN to 5 mini jacks, i take it this is increase the quality of a multi speaker system (in my case 4.1 for my pc).

I think that DIN connector is proprietary so a cable like that might be hard to find.
