AUDIOENGINE 5 or AXIOM AUDIOBYTES

Come January, I plan to buy a good quality set of PC speakers for music/movies and gaming. Problem is I am conflicted between the top 2 mainstream Speakers.

AXIOM AUDIOBYTE with EPZero Sub $528

AudioEngine5 $349

What is the general consensus of these 2 speakers, it seems the Audioengine5 are the most popular but this seems to be more a case of the A5's being more well known and marketed than Axiom. Does anyone here have any experience with these 2 speakers. Online reviews tend to conclude that the Axiom with the Sub are more refined speakers, but they need the EPZERO sub since the sats excludes the lower range in order to improve and excel in the upper giving a balanced and very clear sound, leaving the sub to produce tight accurate bass(not loud pounding bloated)

Anyhow Since I have not heard either one, I really have no clue as to which speaker setup is the better value for the money.

ANy Ideas fellow music lovers?
