Here for sale is a Stax "normal bias" adaptor SRD-7SB. It takes its bias voltage for the Stax phones off the audio signal so there is no AC running to this unit to cause any hum. I bought a few of these a while back from an audiologist’s lab. This is my last one, and all of my Stax phones have been sold. The adaptor is not perfect cosmetially but it works fine. The speaker-earspeaker selector switch has been bypassed, although it is there and will work if someone wants to hook it back up. The original thin cabling has been replaced with high grade #14 digital organ audio cable.
