$30 Earbuds

I'm not looking for anything too too fancy, but I want a decent pair. I was looking at the Razer Moray, but I'm not sure if there's a better pair I can get for the price.

Any ideas?

Currently the best deal is the Meelectronics Ai-M6 for $25 at Newegg.

Otherwise I'd be looking at the Soundmagic PL21 ($21), Meelectronics Ai-M9 ($20), and Lenntek Sonix Micro ($20)

If I recall correctly, the Razer Moray is just a rebranded Foster 443743, most commonly known as the basis for the Denon AH-C350&351. While it was a solid performer a couple years ago, I would say that (to my ears) Meelectronics offerings, JVC's FXC50, and Sennheiser's CX250 are all better performing.

personally I'd find another $10.00 and go for the Yuin Pk3's, but that's just me.

Another M6 vote here. Better if you get it from NewEgg (I should have waited instead of buying at Overstock)
