Anyone remember Damn Yankees' "High Enough"?

Another one of my guilty pleasures....

First, the original studio version (with Ted Nugent, of course)

Now, a recent 2009 acoustic version by Tommy Shaw and Jack Blades (sorry, no Ted Nugent on this one)

Good stuff.It was on a three disc power ballads set that I gave my girlfriend in the late 90s. I think Benatar's Shadows of the Night was also on there.

Great ballad. Firehouse's "Love of a Lifetime" came out around the same time, I think. As did Extreme's "More than Words." Three great ballads from the late 80s / early 90s.

to this day, people still don't believe me that Ted Nugent was in that band.

and that was one of THE songs for us kids at the time.

Yep i go back to this song every now and then. Great song. One of my favorite ballads along with some Europe numbers.
