Pretty self explanatory. Only other place I've seen this low price is Amazon refurbs, or the sale on SonyStyle a while ago.

I was set on buying this, but started debating whether or not I needed it, and whether I should wait for the next generation of PMPs with Android/better codec support. If you know you want this, then it could be a great opportunity.

For the poor souls that are subject to sales tax from newegg, Abt is another choice, $318 shipped is not shabby at all. Just ordered mine.
