Bought a Starving Student amp from Rain100. The amp arrived damaged in shipping. Rain100 offered to take it back to repair, but since I was comfortable repairing the amp myself, he refunded more than enough to cover the parts and the time and effort. He took what I feared would turn out to be confrontational and handled it graciously and courteously...I would definitely recommend him as a person and a Head-fi'er.
