IEM:s for my Clip+ - Page 2

My choice the Klipsch Image S4 with the third-party Comply Tx-100 eartips. I have the Image S4i with the Tx-100 eartips and they sound really good.

But I´m still corious about the IE7

RE0 sounds better than IE7 and also stays in the ears better. I found IE7 impossible to keep in my ears - they literally kept falling out.

Did the RE0 have a lack of bass or did they just sound "natural"?

And most likely I´m going to use the marshmallows in the gym and buy another pair to use when I´m just out for a walk or sitting on the bus :P

I don't find RE0 lacking in bass. I does sound quite natural in my opinion, although for best bass performance you do need to use a dedicated headphone amplifier of decent quality with these. Even unamped, however, RE0 will be leagues ahead of Marshmallow in bass performance. IE7 may have better bass unamped, but like I said, they are very hard to fit properly in the ear - much harder than RE0. IE7 also costs at least twice as much and RE0 and so, in my opinion, they are really not worth the price.

after hours of reading and considiration I´m down to 3 diffrent IEM:s

Head-Direct RE0 (89$ shipped to Sweden)
Ultimate-Ears 700 (150$ shipped to Sweden)
Beyerdynamic DTX80 (90$ shipped to Sweden)
Etymotic Research HF5 (139$ shipped to Sweden)

I hate to get myself new audio equipment, it´s damn hard to find out what would fit me :P

Yuin PK3. I have a pair with my Fuze. So many good points. You can hear everything around you, carry on a conversation and still be jamming out. They are tough, no microphonics, comfortable as all get out and cheap.

Iems are great for sitting and listening. I do not want to use them if I am moving around.
