Where can I find this DIY adapter?

Hello everyone!

Can someone tell me where I can find this type of adapter:



It's a jack 3.5mm(1/8") female -> jack 3.5mm(1/8") male with gold plated connectors.

I need them to make a hissbuster without an additionnal cable (just the adapter with resistor in it).
