There’s lots there do you need any more? Here’s my 2c = AMB Mini3.

The D4 is barely above your budget also, but that's not including shipping the D4 priced directly from iBasso store is $219.

is the d4 better than all of the amps i listed? how well does it drive headphones like the hd650/hd600 or AKG K701/K702?

how much is next day shipping with ibasso?

The D4 is the 3rd best amp, please read Skylab's amps review.It is probably one of the few amps which can actually drive these power hungry headphones.
The shipping is considered to be one of the best out there, 2 days to US all the way from China.The shipping is a fixed price for every country and its all the way express and very cheap.
