Purchased TTVJ Millet Portable. Nice communication, flexible approach, fast shipping. The amp is in a perfect condition. Highly recommended.

Purchased my RSA Hornet M and ALO LOD.

Super slick, super easy transaction. Very highly recommended Head-fier that's very easy to deal with. I wish every deal was this easy!

SELLER BEWARE

This is my first time having such a negative experience with any buyer on head-fi, and even more surprising considering all his positive feedback. I sold him a RSA XP-7 which I shipped in the same condition I got from Nikongod, when a corner was damaged pretty badly he demanded a refund right away. When I told him it was not like that when I shipped it and it was damaged during shipping (I've had a ton of transactions with no such issue) he kept demanding a refund. I said we should file a claim with USPS as the package was insured, but he said he worked for the government and couldn't do it in good conscience, later even saying he thought about trying to turn me over to the authories because I was committing fraud. Basically just kept demanding a refund, instead of trying to resolve the situation. I recommend never dealing with him again, because all you will get is a condescending attitude and accusations.

Attention all head-fi members. I'm tired of Federal Bail Outs. I get a little angry when someone sells me something advertised as perfect and then tells me to get the Federal Government to pay for it when it's not. I asked him to refund my money or provide me a new faceplate. He insisted on filing a claim with the USPS for alleged damage in shipment. Here is what I posted for his feedback on this item:

I purchased a Ray Samuels XP-7 from Sun-Ho Lee aka kg21. It had a “perfect” faceplate when it left his house. Somewhere, on the way to my house, it received a nasty ding in the lower left hand corner of the faceplate from those savage postal carriers. Then, the USPS managed to put an elf inside the box who miraculously touched up that nasty ding, in hopes that I wouldn’t notice it. My gracious fellow head-fi member had prudently insured the amp for the purchase price. He suggested we file a claim with the USPS, in order to have them pay for their sins. What a great plan.......I mean idea!
