Anyway, there are some vital differences. The LD DAC-I has a balanced out and other digital inputs than USB, while the Pico upsamples to 24/96, is only a USB input, single ended output, and is USB-powered. If you have an onboard optical/coaxial output, the LD DAC-I might be the way to go. If you're looking for a USB DAC only though, the Pico might just be the superior choice. I haven't heard the Pico, so I can't comment directly...
