The headband on my ah-d1001s broke and i really liked these things. They finally broke in and i modified them and everything was going great. The piece that broke was that part that the ear cup pivots in. It can't be salvaged because it is thin to begin with and it broke in two places. Below is a picture for reference. I was thinking about making something out of metal or whatnot and doing it on both sides to make it look good as well.
