Both are in good shape, sound excellent, and now belong to someone else.Last year, this SRX MKiii was used to engineer and edit some professional classical recordings. The detail and speed of these phones is legendary. This pair comes with a new set of genuine Stax pads purchased from Audiocubes.
The SR-5 uses the same drivers as the SRX MKiii. It is just as fast and detailed, but has a little more laid back sound due to the housing design. This pair comes with 3 sets of pads. A set of new genuine Stax pads from Audiocubes still in the package, the original pads (still useable), and a set of aftermarket pads (shown in the pictures) which I like the sound of.
I also have a SRD7-SB adaptor that is now available for $55 shipped to the US lower 48. This has been offered to someone who inquired about it earlier. if he doesn't buy it, then I will list it seperately soon.
