There's nothing particularly exotic about turducken. We had one at Thanksgiving a couple of years ago - I liked it - but didn't consider it exotic.

Have to say rattlesnake was about the most exotic for me. although shark fin and alligator were good too.

I've had an 8oz Kobe steak at $20 an ounce that was quite exquisite. That would be my choice.

I thought it was more commonly called the turbaconducken.

It looks really similar to a headcrab in Half-life, except it eats you.
