Anyone have recommendations in the Chicago area for an audiologist to make my ear impressions for custom IEMs?

Edit: wrong forum! Mods please move (preferably to the Lounge over the portables forum)

I called Sensaphonics but they want to charge $100+ for the impressions since I'm not using their products..

Found a place that will do it for $25.

Hey intoflatlines - can you let us know where you found impressions for $25?  Also, if you purchased Alien Ears, did you have the audiologist use the "at home" kit from Alien Ears or did the audiologist provide all of the materials?
