iPod Touch 2G LOD?

I just purchased an ibasso D10 and learning how best to connect.

Is the Sendstation Pocketdock really giving digital line out without the touch dac interfering?

If not, can anyone suggest something more affordable than the Wadia iPod Transport?

The Sendstation doesn't have digital line out.

Another option besides the iTranport is the Onkyo dock which can do the same job, but even have more features.

Which Onkyo model is this that has digital out ?
All the ones I have looked at only have line out.
