All of the above, plus lots of other stuff, mostly metal. I just stick my half-filled 80gb iPod in my pocket, pop in the E4c's, hit shuffle and go until I can't. Usually on my bike, not my feet though. If you're into metal, I've lately found Meshuggah to be pretty invigorating. Soilwork is awesome stuff too! Definitely recommend those two. Also, anything by Strapping Young Lad/Devin Townsend is good (not Hummer or Devlab, they're mostly noise).

I listen to a lot of Chemical Brothers when I work out, it definitely keeps me going

I've got them too...I have a lot of variety It's hard to pinpoint my musical tastes, I listen to everything from Opeth to Eminem, to Andain, to The Beatles...

Techno is my first love for endurance running. Klunk by Motor would be one of my all time faves. The Dance Paradox by Redshape is a recent dope joint, Clark's Turning Dragon is another. Beat music is good too, maybe for 5k's or shorter - Bar 9, Benga, Joker, producers like that.

Like everyone else, my playlist will constantly change with fresh EDM.

i mostly listen to metal, but the best ive found is Horizons by Parkway Drive, its pretty relentless. and running like 6 or 7 miles doesnt seem to take very long at all, what with me air drumming the whole time

Massive Attack - Mezzanine

Another vote for Massive Attack it seems. Who doesn't like them? I hadn't heard of them until Unleashed (movie) came out, for which they did the soundtrack. I love that soundtrack, really good movie too.

Angel, the first song on Mezzanine, was used for the insane desert fight scene with the Nomads on the remake of "The Flight of the Phoenix" and the theme song for "House".

Rage Against The Machine works great for me (the one with the burning boedist)
Keeps you in tempo and upbeat

Ah, knew I recognized that song, I've seen Flight of the Phoenix. Wasn't a bad movie. I don't really watch House, but I remember watching the opening credits for it and recognizing the song there too

Another good band is KMFDM, very fast-paced songs for the most part. One of those bands who are all about revolution and that kind of thing. Kind of like Rage Against The Machine gone industrial, and German. I likes 'em a lot. Check 'em out if you haven't, Quinto. I LOVE RATM, one of my all-time favourites. Their first self-titled album is probably their best too, though it's all very good.
