Portable speakers for an IPOD?

I need something very affordable; would like for the ipod to dock in the unit but would consider stand alone speakers as well.

Thanks.

I plan to buy one of these today at Guitar Center to use outside at jobsites...figure it should get pretty loud for its small size. An odd choice but build quality is better than most "boombox"/ iPod dock thingies.

I have the Alesis Transactive Mobile which has an iPod dock. It has an internal rechargeable battery and gets really loud but I want something smaller.

I am happy with Logitech mm50. It is compact, robust, has rechargable battery, water-resistant remote (nice to use in bath), charges iPod and does sound well for its size. This is the old model but Logitech produces its successor, you may check exact model yourself.

What about the battery? Apparently it's impossible to replace. Lots of people have complained about that online.
