USB vs PCI tap I2S to DAC

I have a Northstar M192 MKII DAC. I'm using Asus Xonar HDAV 1.3 coxial out to my DAC now. I'm thinking to get something which can have I2S out to my DAC. I'm thinking to get Juli@ and tweak it. However somewhere I heard USB tweak to output I2S will be better than PCI, becasue of PCI fixed clock frequency..., now I'm considering to get Musiland 01US to tweak I2S out.

My question is does USB->I2S really better than PCI->I2S? Any input?

Besides, any information for doing the tweak is welcome.

No such thing as "PCI->I2S", nor is there "USB->I2S", the conversion must be done by an interface. After accepting that fact, simply realize that the answer depends 100% on implementation of that interface.

Hi FallenAngel, I read that you did tap I2S out from Juli@, did you compared it to other USB mod I2S?
