So I was thinking of getting this headphone, and was reading around about it. I noticed at AVSForum the rep for B&H Photo-Video said that their supplier told them it was discontinued.
Do you think it is soon to be replaced by a newer better model?
I think the ATH-AD700 came out in 2005 & ATH-A700 in 2004, is that correct? How many years before it's release was it's predecessor out? (or was this AT's first headphone & maybe they're getting out of the headphone business? or maybe it was just B&H's supplier that stopped buying them but they're gunna keep being made a long time?)
