Not bad, would have been faster if it was in French.

A real typing test would have caps and punctuation though, writing all in minuscules is much easier.

That typing test throws maybe one or two capitalized words at you (those aren't the ones I got wrong though ) but no punctuation. I agree, would have been a more "real" test if it had you typing proper sentences.

They tried to teach me in school along with the rest of the students in my grade back around grade 6, but I didn't do very well, seeing as it was the first time I had touched a computer; my family didn't buy their first computer until 2000 which was a couple of years later (I graduated from high-school in '05, I was 17). I'm mostly self-taught, hence my strange technique. I'd probably never get hired as a secretary!

I think I did a bit of the ole Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing, but I don't think I learnt much from that. It was mostly from just being on the computer alot. They also tried to teach it at school but I completed all the courses way too early and the teacher was annoyed that I typed faster than him
