Title says it all, not my choices. I own some of them, but not all.

Yay my current favorite made the list. [Arcade Fire, 'Funeral' (2004)]

So which ones do you own, and which one is your favorite of the list?

The list is suspect. They didn't include either Rush album that was released in the 2000's.

Didn't they do 3? Well I didn't remember rush getting much air time in the past 9-10years (least there new stuff). But I suspect this was made by the same morons that run main stream media and radio... What happened to the people's radio?

No Sloan?

Can we make a top 100 that should of been on the list but isn't?

I vote Major Grey.

i have 10, 3 and both 1's. good choices i'd say.

Broken is a good choice. Beef Terminal should be up there. He put 3 great albums out in 2007.

I have always thought Canada punched well above its weight with musical talent.

As much as I love Sloan I'd argue they are a 90s act. Rush is hardly a 2000's act either.

I own 2, 3, and 4. I'd like Jill to release her album on vinyl.

I watched some of the youtube videos link to the list. You have to love Canadian music videos, they are decent and made on a budget of near zero.

That may be down to the fact that in 2005, Twice Removed (a 1994 release which still sounds fresh except for one track) was voted the best Canadian album ever recorded in a Canadian mag poll. You're probably not the only one who would argue that (although the 2006 double album is really good).

I prefer Has a Good Home to He Poo Clouds and I wish Sunset Rubdown made the list as well. I can't say I disagree with putting Funeral at the top of the list though.

I have the Akufen and the Metric (and love them both -- great choices), and I hate both choices for #1 (they bore the snot out of me). Sorry, no disrespect to those who like either of them, I will admit to just not "getting" them.

I agree about Arcade Fire, I have Neon Bible and I've given it a few start to finish listens, can't get in to it.
