I'm new to The Flaming Lips and read about the 5.1 mixes and I was wondering, will there be any difference if I listen to those mixes with earphones? Will they sound weird or will they sound the same? Will I only get the "full effect" of the 5.1 mixes if I actually listen to it on a 5.1 system? Will if I be safe to rip the 5.1 mixes to put on my Walkman? I'd like to have the 5.1 mixes as well.
