modding Koss UR20 *kramer mod

So i got these for $10 during best buy's sale on thanksgiving.. figured why not, i could use some headphones and im a broke college student. *my first full size btw*.

Been reading on how people mod thier headphones etc. So i got these open. The piece that people usually mod for the kramer mod, is one piece with the assembly.

Heres some pics
*sorry for the blur*

the white piece is foam.

Anyone see any tricks that could be done? These things have great bass imo, but to me they lack on lows imo.

One thing thats stopping me from doing the mod right away is the black foam is glued to the other side of the grill and im not sure how i could remove and replace it without damaging it.

dam i had one side done, but i accedently hit the right driver putting a dent in the plastic.. tried to pull it out with scotch tape but no go.. now it rattles.. I ordered these online, maybe Ill take em back.

blow into the back of the driver to 'puff' it back up

well pulling it with the tape was a pretty good try but it kept returning to that dent.. it rattles now so Ill see about replacing it once i find one of the black foam pieces that i misplaced lol

ok I took em back. BB couldnt find the 1 in stock so just refunded it. I know im scum. lol

But these are modable, and I did successfully mod one side but than i screwed up the other. Perhaps Ill try it again in the future, or Ill jus save some scraps and get a better set of headphones.
