I just purchased a pair of phones from them. They made it very clear that these were new unused phones. When they arrived the mailing package was fine but the retail box was open and some of the tips were missing along with the carrying case. I emailed them and they essentially said "too bad". I will fit this out with paypal but stay away from YOGI-COMP!

You can get the sellers contact info from Ebay, try calling. Maybe they will compensate and lower the price. Going through Paypal was a hassle for me.

your much better off dealing with a seller through ebay directly. Paypal can be a pain in the but for both the seller and the consumer. Just send all your emails through paypal. That way they have documentation of everything. that also helps

I bought my AKG K271S from Yogi-comp, and had no hassle at all. Sorry to hear you're having problems dealing with them.
