Music vs Love

I chose music because love is unmusical. If I gave love up music would repair my soul but if I gave music up I wouldn't have a soul.

Which would you choose?

Your gf/wife or your music and why?

Me and my gf have been debating it and she said:

Quote:
(02:41) Kitty Only two weeks left of college! says:
im not your soul mate then lol
well that sucks i usualy thought if u found ur soul mate they would be yours back
hahaha life sucks serious major dick right now
It's just too hard a choice.

I take it the majority of head-fi don't have girlfriends then. I guess the silence answers the poll.

Kirosia listens to music in his room, with only the cold arms of loneliness to hold him.

Single here but would never date someone who doesn't have a taste in music.

For example,

Me "What music do you like?"
Her "Everything but <insert genre here>"

No preference means no interest.

Ha! I have had plenty and keep coming back for more. So give me love I guess. :P Why? Well geesh, in the end does that not come down to which is the baser of animal instincts?

No one should have to choose between the two. It's not like they're in competition, and if they are, you've got more problems than either love or music can help.

I don't want just a girl to fool-around with. I don't want just a girl to ball. What I want is a girl that I care about--Alright. Or I want nothing at all.

Now picture THIS:
I walking with my **GIRLFRIEND**.
Twenty-eight misguided souls come by and say, "We're moving in."

--There's a certain kind of girl that you care about so much. . . . that you say, "I don't care what you guys do to me, but HER, you don't touch!"

Which begs the question. If you didn't have to choose I wouldn't ask. This is the time to choose, deep down which would you take to a desert island love or music.

Love is a biological function. Plus the word love is oft abused as a glorified name for something else. Plus (again) love is always conditional. So I choose music.

Not to mention you can often find music about love, so you can witness or experience love-related energies without the real thing.

I put money on music & love took both.
