i'm still out of purple/orange, but have shipped all the other pre-orders.  so if you want to wait a couple more weeks i'll have the purple/orange back, or you can switch to black/silver

Justin. I am still awaiting a replacement you promised to send me for my stolen pico slim. It has been 3 months. And I have tried to email you a few times.

he promised u a replacement for a "stolen" slim? was it stolen during shipping? because otherwise, he has no reason to send u a replacement.  if he said he would though, take it to emails or pms and keep it there.

Yes. It was stolen during shipping, and was promised a replacement after the first 250 units. And Justin has not responded to my emails. Hence I raised it up here.

did you made a report to the courier that it was stolen when you received the package?

Not very pleased right now.

 

Sent two emails to Justin - no response.

 

I want my order to have a silver volume knob with a black outer shell and an ETA of shipment.

also, small mistake to what i said above, still waiting for more purple/orange so it's black/silver that are shipping
