Sold: Eastsound CD-E5

SOLD! on Audiogon

I have a silver Eastsound CD-E5 for sale. Works flawlessly. Condition is a 7.5 on the Audiogon scale. This is a very low hours unit and includes remote,manual, and original triple box packaging. This is a stock unit except I added two large sheets of damping material to the inside of the top cover. See pictures in my reply below.

Price: $385 including ground shipping and Paypal fees within the continental US.

Note: I was having a problem with the tray door sticking but a bit of super glue took care of it. This model has a shiny self-adhesive metal applique stripe that goes across the front which had come a little loose.

some one should buy this.

This is a tremendous CD player, and still compares to some of the best even stock. I know and I own one.
It is just as good as a PS Audio III dac. I was looking to buy one and a well known modding company that does mods on bothe the Esound and PS Audio said it would be a move sideways not better. The Esound is that good.
No affilation with seller. This CD player is built like a 3K player. A tank.
