Iriver T60 SE!

For those who are interested, apparently a T60 SE(second edition) is available. Would have been a real popular player but it had it's faults. http://warehouse123.com/store/produc...ayer-4GB-Black Not sure if those are all the specs; it should play more than just MP3 and WMA.

This one has 40 hours battery life on a AAA(double the previous 19 hours). So, it should have a different chip which should help with the long boot scan time also. If they improved the joystick this will be a real winner. Long live the standard battery player's!

$73 for 4GB is pricey but it is "new". It will be lower esp. if it becomes available at 6AVE, B&H, etc. Might get this instead of a Clip+. 4GB is enough and the battery life/form factor and better EQ options appeal to me. I do miss having a joystick player for my ultra portable.

Just have to wait for more availability and some reviews that the joystick works better.

Great to see that this player is back! I love everything about this player and it is using AAA batteries....the 40 hours playback time is a plus!
