iAudio 7 DC at output?

my iAudio 7 (16gb) has ~40mv DC at its R output, 2-3mv on the L channel.

anyone else with this?

seeing as I'm the only poor b.. with the problem, I shiver in disgust

it' only good for amps with input caps now.

Wow, that's terrible.

My vintage Pioneer receiver from the 70's has ~15mv, which is very good.

You could potentially add some output caps to block it. Probably in the form of a short adapter cable. Though, the best solution is to pitch it.

By the way how did you know to test this? Anything audible?

Slight pop when I plugged the cans in was the giveaway.
