WTB: Shure/Etymotic Triple-Flange Tips

Looking to buy preferably either:
A) A box of tri-flanges like these (6 SHURE EATFL1-6 Triple flange rubber ear tips sleeves - eBay (item 190339934208 end time Dec-04-09 21:24:32 PST))
B) A couple pairs of the ones that came with your headphones

I'll pay the $20 off eBay if I can't find a lower price here on Head-Fi. I'm sure there are some of you that never bothered wearing these tri-flanges!
